Four weekly and four individualised sessions scheduled fortnightly with FerFit Dietetics and Nutrition dietitian, conducted either in-person or online - telehealth. Our carefully designed 12-week body transformation program is aimed at cultivating a renewed and enriched relationship with food and nutrition. We will lead you through the process of uncovering your true priorities and provide steadfast support to help you conquer former eating patterns, overcome challenges, and attain your health and wellness goals. Throughout this journey, our dedicated dietitian will furnish expert guidance, tailoring advice to meet your individual nutritional requirements and aiding in the development of personalised dietary strategies that promote the establishment of sustainable, enjoyable, and balanced long-term eating habits. Cancellation Policy
Individual Bookings and Cancellation Policies Payment Policy We kindly request that all accounts be settled through our booking system before the service or in full on the day of service via credit card. All Medicare and insurance rebates will be applied. No refunds will be provided. Cancellation Policy We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to do so will result in the full charge of your consultation. The same applies if you miss your appointment. This policy applies to all clients, regardless of any payment arrangements. Consideration will be given to waive the fee under exceptional circumstances. Late Attendance Policy If you will be late for your appointment, please inform our receptionist or your dietitian. Arriving 10-15 minutes past your appointment time will result in forfeiting your appointment and incurring a full cancellation fee. Failure to Attend Policy Failure to attend an appointment will result in the full charge of your consultation. This impacts the care of other clients who could benefit from that time and respects the dietitian’s schedule. Rescheduling Policy Appointments rescheduled two or more times consecutively without 24-hour notice will be treated as cancellations, incurring a full charge of the consultation fee. A new appointment will not be rescheduled until the fee is paid. Refund Policy No refunds will be provided for a change of mind without sufficient notice to cancel the appointment. This policy also applies to pre-paid online bookings. Strictly no refunds apply for a change of mind for any program or consultation.
