FerFit 12-Week Nutrition & Body Transformation Program Guided by Accredited Dietitians | Tailored. Supportive. Transformative. Our 12-week program is designed for individuals seeking more than just a quick fix — it's for those ready to transform their relationship with food and reclaim their energy, health, and confidence through expert, ongoing support. What’s Included: 6 Individualised Dietitian Consultations (Every 2 Weeks). Delivered in-person or via telehealth, these one-on-one sessions are focused on discovering your personal motivators, identifying barriers, and building nutrition strategies that align with your lifestyle, medical needs, and goals. Personalised Menu Planning. After your initial consultation, your dietitian will develop a tailored two menu plan suited to your unique energy needs, preferences, health conditions, and eating habits. This plan is: Adapted every fortnight based on progress, challenges, and feedback Designed to include flexible meal options, quick-prep ideas, and strategies for eating out, shift work, or family life Adjusted for food intolerances, appetite changes, and behavioural goals Goal-Oriented Nutrition Coaching. Each session is designed to empower you through: Addressing disordered eating patterns, emotional triggers, or nutritional gaps Strengthening positive habits around food, body image, and self-worth Offering real-time support and accountability as you implement change Holistic Support for Lasting Change. More than just a diet plan — we focus on long-term lifestyle transformation, drawing from the Eight Pillars of Health approach used in FerFit’s coaching philosophy (e.g. sleep, movement, microbiome, emotional health). Cancellation Policy
Individual Bookings and Cancellation Policies Payment Policy We kindly request that all accounts be settled through our booking system before the service or in full on the day of service via credit card. All Medicare and insurance rebates will be applied. No refunds will be provided. Cancellation Policy​ We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to do so will result in the full charge of your consultation. The same applies if you miss your appointment. This policy applies to all clients, regardless of any payment arrangements. Consideration will be given to waive the fee under exceptional circumstances. ​Late Attendance Policy​ If you will be late for your appointment, please inform our receptionist or your dietitian. Arriving 10-15 minutes past your appointment time will result in forfeiting your appointment and incurring a full cancellation fee. Failure to Attend Policy Failure to attend an appointment will result in the full charge of your consultation. This impacts the care of other clients who could benefit from that time and respects the dietitian’s schedule. Rescheduling Policy Appointments rescheduled two or more times consecutively without 24-hour notice will be treated as cancellations, incurring a full charge of the consultation fee. A new appointment will not be rescheduled until the fee is paid. Refund Policy No refunds will be provided for a change of mind without sufficient notice to cancel the appointment. This policy also applies to pre-paid online bookings. Strictly no refunds apply for a change of mind for any program or consultation.
