Transform your recovery with our 8-Week Holistic Eating Disorder Healing Program – a trauma-informed, compassion-led journey that supports mind, body, and soul.
Designed for individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, or body image distress, this structured group program blends evidence-based nutrition and psychological care with holistic, body-based therapies in a safe, supportive environment.

Each week follows a carefully sequenced structure to deepen healing and build sustainable habits:

​​

  • Weeks 1–4: Focus on establishing trust, emotional safety, and self-awareness through somatic movement, art therapy, sound healing, hypnotherapy, and guided mindfulness practices. Participants begin to explore their relationship with food, emotions, and body through gentle trauma informed nutrition and holistic support, and psychological strategies.

  • Weeks 5–6: Introduce family and community elements, with group integration activities and psychoeducation to strengthen interpersonal connections, reduce isolation, and enhance social confidence. Participants and their support teams learn together how to create a safe and supportive path to recovery.

  • Weeks 7–8: Reinforce body acceptance, intuitive eating, and long-term resilience through advanced integrative therapies including holotropic breathwork, trauma-informed somatic healing, and emotional regulation practices.

Throughout the program, you’ll receive:

  • Clinical Dietetic Support – Personalised nutrition strategies, meal planning, support for food-related anxiety, and guidance on intuitive eating and gut health.

  • Psychological Support – Weekly sessions with a psychologist focusing on emotional regulation, trauma healing, self-compassion, and cognitive reframing of food and body beliefs.

  • Holistic Therapies – Including somatic movement, art and expressive therapy, meditation, nature immersion, sound therapy, breathwork, and sensory integration techniques.

  • Small, Age-Appropriate Groups – To create emotional safety, peer support, and deep connection.

  • Outdoor and Creative Sessions – Promoting grounding, mindfulness, and real-world integration.
