Lobsang Wangmo aka Ling is a trained and experienced Trauma Healing and Biodynamic Breathwork Trauma Release System Facilitator with a lived experience in recovery from C-PTSD and bulimia. Wangmo brings to the table a breadth and depth of healing modalities and techniques, including bodywork in the treatment of work burnout, C-PTSD, anxiety and depression. For those who struggle with standard Dialectic Behavioural Therapy and EDMR, Wangmo can provide support and assist with integration after these sessions. Wangmo’s clients typically have experienced school and workplace bullying, family violence, sexual assault and betrayal. As a qualified Life Coach and meditation instructor, Wangmo uses self-directed compassion, creative visualisation, embodiment techniques, breathwork and sound healing to clear issues around self-worth, self-love, and control so clients can reconnect to
the joy of living and live their best life.

Lucine is an Trauma Informed embodiment facilitator, a Somatic IFS &IFIO Therapist, and a Psychedelic Integration Consultant on clinical trials in the USA & Australia.
Originally trained as a mediator, with an MA and Mphil in Conflict Resolution, Lucine spent a decade in South America working in mediation and facilitating conflict resolution group work within the ongoing internal conflict in Colombia. She spent the final few years in the Peruvian Amazon running and ayahuasca centre and apprenticing with indigenous Amazonian shamanic traditions.
Based on her own experience of neurodivergence and her own journey of healing trauma, she spent 2 decades honing her trauma informed embodiment expertise. She became a 5Rhythms teacher in 2015, and runs weekly classes as well as international workshops to help people find accessible and even joyful ways to be in connection with their inner world.
Lucine is trained in Internal Family Systems therapy (Level 1 & 2), as well as Somatic IFS for individuals and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) for couples IFS work.
Lucine works as a consultant, training therapists for clinical trials in psychedelic therapy. She also has her own 1:1 therapy practice specialising in Somatic IFS as well as running IFS informed group work processes. Her passion is to create pathways to make IFS accessible to diverse populations through offering group workshops, as well as experiential modes of access to IFS for different learning styles. She has a keen interest in Legacy Burdens and how we can work collectively to unburden.
Alongside of her work she is a mother to 2 beautiful children who keep her honest and humble, joyful and stretching
