General Returns

We accept returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return.

 

Returns are only accepted for unused and unopened products (excluding consumable products sold on a firm-sale basis).

 

A credit note may be issued for approved returns.

 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

 

For orders delivered with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from any credit or refund when goods are returned for reasons other than supplier error.

 

Incorrect Orders

If you place an order incorrectly, you will need to pay:

 

The return shipping cost

 

The actual shipping cost for the correct order to be resent

 

Wholesale Orders

Incorrectly placed wholesale orders will be subject to return shipping costs and the original actual shipping cost before replacement goods are dispatched.

 

Warranty

A 30-day defect warranty applies to Portion Perfection plates and bowls purchased from FerFit Dietetics and Nutrition. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period.

 

Defective items will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

 

Postage costs for returns and replacements are the responsibility of the customer.

 

This warranty does not cover breakages or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or other factors not related to a manufacturing defect.

 

To obtain warranty service, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to discuss a resolution.
